Detailed Product Description

The machine is with Fanuc 18i full digital control system, digital servo, spindle drive, and 4-axis simultaneous control. With profile control, milling of oblique plane, frame-type plane, and end surface of large holes, boring and milling of 2D, 3D curved face, internal and external threads may be performed on this machine.

With milling cutter of small diameter, large hole can be milled instead of being bored. Clamping devices are provided for X, Y and Z axes. Drilling, broaching, boring, groove cutting and plane milling may be performed on this machine in a single set-up. With a rotary table, the machine can continuously machine cylindrical and end surfaces, as well as perform angle milling and in-line boring with the rotary table being turned for 180°.

The Fanuc 18i control system has many canned cycles and ways of programming. Therefore, operation and programming is quite easy. With so many advanced functions, high-speed machining with high accuracy and frequent starting is available on the machine.
